1st Surf bass of the fall on the scale!

We had our 1st fall surf bass hit the scale Wednesday. A 29” keeper that hit a mullet. The ocean has cleaned up after the last storm. We also heard of some smaller blues on mullet and metals. There’s bass around now but you need to fish the right times. Getting better reports in the early morning hours. Use Shads, Metals, and Plugs. Haven’t heard much on bait. We believe these bass are resident fish but they have stripes! The fall migration hasn’t happened yet but we’re getting darn close. Some fantastic reports coming from Long Island. Pay attention to our social media pages for updates.

Lots and lots of fall orders arrived the past week. Shops pretty loaded with inventory which has been very hard to do because of Covid. Our hard work is paying off! We got in more Van Staal Reels, NEW St. Croix rods, Frogg Togg waders, Shimano Twinpowers, Tsunami SaltX reels, Guy Cotton and StormR Surf Tops,Blackhole Rods, Grumpy Apparel, and more! We also have more stuff on the way! Should make the Grump happy!
